The biggest news for Kannadigas on Wednesday is that the prestigious Lahari Recording Company has won the battle in acquiring audio rights of Rs.200 crore cinema ‘Baahubali’ of SS Rajamouli.
Lahari acquired the rights for Telugu and Tamil of ‘Baahubali’. Acording to sources it has paid Rs.3 crores. Lahari defeated big players like EROs, Sony, Aditya Music and others from Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. In three days agreement was discussed and signed.

The previous highest payment that Lahari has made was for ‘Dhalapathi’. It paid Rs.75 lakhs.

The grand audio release of ‘Bahuhali’ on 31st May is expected to happen in Hyderabad in the presence of 25000 crowd.
